I was there with two of my girlfriends and I have to say we got our money's worth. The food was delicious and the portions were very large. In terms of price, it was also great. The condition was very friendly. I can only recommend it to anyone who likes to eat Korean.
MoreOrdered three take-away dishes, picked them up, paid for them, only realized at home that something completely different was given to what was ordered. Similar in price, so it is only noticed at home, 18 km away. We ate it, but it was absolutely not our taste. We were really looking forward to the order, the greater the disappointment!
MoreEverything was delicious ... very nice staff ..
Soban has the best Korean food in Stuttgart. Their service is incredibly friendly and the food comes out fast. Take out is also a great option.
MoreSmall restaurant with a trendy ambiance. Food was okay. Ordered a beef noodle soup which was different to soups I ate in Asia.
MoreGreat bibimbap
we were there two times. good korean food probably for carnivores but not vegans / vegetarians. the seafood soup has almost no seafood other than bits of squid. the soy paste soup was salty. Price performance ratio rather low.
MoreNice
Tasty and good portions. Gladly again. At lunchtime, the service is a bit slow due to all the pickups.
MoreSuper saucy food. Staff is friendly and the portions huge and filling !! As a side dish you get a little pickled vegetables and what you can see in the photo in the middle.
MoreFood taste good. But have to wait a long time, unless you make a reservation.
Despite reservation - half an hour waiting time. The food was delicious but the waitresses were completely overwhelmed. Very long waiting times for food and drinks. The starter came with the main course and the drinks only afterwards. From my point of view, the Corona rules are not properly observed here, sometimes too little distance between the tables and a crowded restaurant. Delicious food, good concept - unfortunately not service.
MoreHighly recommended! Authentic Korean food. (Much, much better than Kim's So Korean Food in downtown) Food came quickly. Waiters were super nice. Price was very reasonable. The restaurant was cozy too and the decoration was very cute too. :)
MoreThe chicken is highly recommended! All the other dishes were also great and the portions were adequate. Addendum: Unfortunately I have to criticize the service. Despite our reservations, there was no free table for us and one Saturday at 5 p.m. there was no more chicken. It's a shame because that's what we were actually there for.
MoreHave been here twice now and didn't disappoint at all. The only downside I guess is the staff. Seemed to me everyone was very busy and they even mixed up an order.
MoreVery tasty Korean food & the portions are really big. Also suitable for vegetarians and the heat is pleasant! I had the bibimbap and my boyfriend the Bugogi and we can both recommend it. However, it is good to find out about Korean food beforehand, otherwise the menu is not so easy to understand. The nice staff will help if they can find time. Because someone wrote that before: we could pay by card without any problems Reservations are certainly not a bad idea - the two of us got a table for dinner on the same day (on weekends). So just try it out;)
MoreTasty food and nice atmosphere. Great for meeting friends. Most importantly, they have the best Korean food in Stuttgart!
MoreFinally, there is a decent Korean restaurant in Stuttgart. Nice food!
(4.4) Surprising place in my humble opinion. The food was tasty and juicy (a bit oily but expected concerning the dishes ordered, fried chicken and noodle soup with a huge amount of Beef). The portions are big so if you are not starving maybe one plate could serve two people. The place is quiet and not so big. Ah and if you are going there thirsty for a beer they do not sell alcoholic drinks.
MoreMy experience about this restaurant - Food was good, chicken in the ketchup sauce and garlic sauce was very tasty and outstanding - no serving of alcohol, I prefer to drink a wine to a Fanta when I'm out - Service was friendly - I would recommend making reservations at the weekend
MoreVery tasty, generous portions, service was a bit overwhelmed and the dishes were unfortunately moved - but the shop was also super full. All in all, however, a whopping 5 stars - very authentic!
MoreNice food but so pity there is no fried chicken when we arrived. Have to reserve the table in advance otherwise the stuff rejects you so harsh. The service is just so so, really slow and the waiters/waitress are not familiar with the menu.
MoreEverything was so tasty ?
Compare to the one in Heidelberg, I love Stuttgart's Soban better! The chicken really reminded me of Korea! The food is 5 stars, but the service was 3... We had to wait for a while until the waiter came to us, even for payment it took a while!!
MoreWhile living in Germany, I was able to taste Korean chicken here. I ordered fried chicken and liver, good good. I also ate naengmyeon.. it comes out really well.. Friendly staff. Albahaha was a German woman who wrote down the order in Korean, so I was kinder and thankful for some reason.
Morenever try to do a reservation. never works!
A small piece of styrofoam came out while eating the seafood pancake that my girlfriend had wrapped. Then I spit it out and continue to eat, and then another piece of plastic comes out, so I call and write. If you make it with more care, many people will enjoy it.
MoreFood is good, but if there was any Mobile phone signal exists or have WIFI/WLAN in door will be better.
MoreIf you visit make sure you have time, since they take time to prepare the food but it was pretty good
MoreVery authentic fried chicken! Finally realized the freedom of Korean fried chicken in Situ, ah ah, the tofu soup is also very authentic, next time I go to try the original fried chicken with bones
MoreGreat. Very tasty (I loved the Bulgogi) and large portions
When I used to live in Korea, I would eat soondubu jjigae almost everyday. Since then, I’ve missed it so much. So I was super happy when I found a place that makes it, and makes it on point. Delish!
MoreIt’s great! I’ll be back again to try the chicken :)
The food is very good. Less spicy than I'm used to from Korean cuisine, but great taste. The service is very nice and the interior is appealing
MoreI have tried a few dishes with “seafood” (Sundubu-jjigae, the squid dish) ,the flavor is alright for Stuttgart but I have had better ones elsewhere. I guess you just can’t expect good quality seafood in such inland city. My opinion the kimchi is not fermented enough, salty but not with the nice fermented flavor. I wish the bibibop serves in Hotpots. Again, for Stuttgart, it’s okay I will live with it.
MoreDelicious fried chicken and Bimbimbab. A variety of korean food. Best in Stuttgart so far i'd say.
MoreSo good!
I liked it a lot. The food is to my honest opinion one of the closest to real korean food you can get in Stuttgart.
More?
Excellent! Like in Heidelberg (if they are the same) Finally a real Korean in Stuttgart! Really authentic and delicious.
MoreDelicious food, but not cozy and drafty Eat delicious. Service quickly but not yet fully established. Unfortunately, no windscreen, the cold air now draws in through the sliding door in winter and the heating is obviously not efficient. Unfortunately, the lighting is not too bright. The decor otherwise like the other Soban restaurants, koreastyle. And when it's full, it's pretty loud. Food really good, delicious and plentiful. If you don't mind the points above, we recommend it. Those who freeze quickly or prefer candlelight are not.
MoreSeems they’ve gotten most of the kinks out of the restaurant operation. A subsequent visit resulted in decent dakgalbi. Not cooked at the table but good. Spiciness was good with typical sides although I could have used a bit more lettuce. Rice was quite good. Value for the quantity was good as well. Restaurant ambiance is nice. Service was reasonable quick and order was correct.
MoreThe food was fantastic, but they are definitely understaffed.
02/21/2020 "Finally" open. But it was also worth the wait. The prices are just right for the portions. You shouldn't come with a little hunger. As of February 2020, only cash payment is possible, important information that the nearest ATM is quite a distance away.
MoreThank you for being with us!
We will call you back!
